Thank you for setting up an appointment. You should receive an email confirming your appointment request. If you can’t locate it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Appointments are not final until confirmed by one of our groomers! We double check bookings to ensure everyone gets the best service in a comfortable time window. If for some reason there is an issue with your requested appointment time, we will be in touch. If everything looks good on our end, you will receive a confirmation message that the appointment has been approved! Please do not arrive for an appointment unless it has been confirmed.
Be sure to check out our Salon Policies Page to see our “house rules”. Please make sure to arrive for your appointment on time, and if you are a new client or paperwork has expired, bring proof of rabies vaccination status. We CANNOT groom pets that are late or do not have valid, unexpired proof of vaccination on file. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. If you anticipate you will be late or have to cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to change schedules. Failure to notify the salon about a missed appointment will require you to prepay for services in the future.
